Mr. Caswell has been practicing law for over 25 years. He has devoted himself to helping the injured. He has tried and settled thousands of cases in his career. He has the unique experience of successfully trying cases both as a plaintiff and as a defense attorney. His primary focus has been to zealously represent his clients in automobile accident, trip and fall, construction site accidents, workers compensation and municipal court cases. He is licensed to practice law in the State Superior Courts of New Jersey as well as the Federal District Court for New Jersey in 1996.
Mr. Caswell grew up in Union, NJ graduating in 1986 where he played football and wrestled for the "Fighting Farmers." He then attended Rutgers University obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Criminal Justice in 1990. Mr. Caswell then earned his Law Degree from Widener University School of Law in 1996.
Mr. Caswell first moved from Union to Roselle Park, NJ where he coached Pop Warner football, Little League baseball and ran a Boy Scout troop. He also became a Town Councilmen. He now resides in Middletown, NJ with his wife and two kids. He is a passionate fan of the NJ Devils and NY Giants. He still plays ice hockey.
Mr. Caswell is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
